I'm very pleased with the cryotherapy spoons.
I think once you've appropriated the contours of facial musculature you're interested in smoothing, then the verve and dexterity soon follows, and results begin to appear.
The cooling sensation is another attribute aswell.

I am so glad i bought these. you cannot achieve the same effect with metal spoons! i keep mine in their container in the fridge, and use them propped up in bed before i go to sleep. Wonderfully soothing to your eyes when you've been staring at a screen all day, or have tired eyes from being outside in the elements or drying air-conditioning, or the weather is hot and you want to cool down! Use a facial oil for good slip. i concentrate on the eye sockets and applying light pressure on my actual eye balls, but then go all around my face and down my neck to address lymphatic draining and relax tight muscles. we hold so much tension in our jaws and face so these cryo spoons are the perfect size and shape for relaxation. if you are skeptical or have doubts - don't!
