Refund policy

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.

Faulty Product Returns

On the rare occasion you may receive a faulty product, please send us a short video or image of the product fault with a description of the issue to help@ellodi.com.au
Our Customer Service Team will contact you to resolve the issue. If found to be faulty we will send you a reply paid label for you to return the product to us.
Replacement goods, credit, or refund will be sent on receipt of the faulty product

If you are not satisfied with our product or simply change your mind, simply contact our Customer Service Team:

• Describe your problem or reason for return with the product to our Customer Service team
• If our Customer Service team cant help you with your problem
• Return the product in good working order
• We will credit or refund the product cost on receipt of the goods 
• Shipping costs will apply


Please note 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
