First, select a hydrating cream or serum, apply it generously around your eyes.
Next, grab our cryotherapy spoons, close your eyes and press over your eyes applying a light pressure.
Keep them there for a minimum of 10 seconds, then take them off, blink a few times and repeat the process at least 3 times.
